At Cockatoo Grove, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
